Alumni Career Events
The USC Career Center and Alumni Association collaborate extensively, offering alumni a diverse portfolio of age-based, industry-specific, employer recruitment, and educational career events. These events provide you with opportunities to sharpen your career management skills, explore various industries, learn about trending age-based career topics, network with employers and fellow USC Trojans, and acquire knowledge about current and future employment trends. Events include:
Age-Based & Affinity Career Events
We partner with the Alumni Association to offer customized career programming for Age-Based Alumni Groups, including Young Alumni (up to 35 years), Second Decade Society (36-45 years), and Encore Trojans (46 -71 years). We also partner with the USC Alumni Association Affinity Programs, including the Asian Pacific Alumni Association, Black Alumni Association, Lambda Alumni Association, Latino Alumni Association, Alumnae (Women’s) Groups, and the Alumni Veterans Network career events.
Alumni Networks Career Events
Alumni Networks provide industry-specific knowledge, networking with industry professionals, and exploring the latest trends from industry experts. Alumni Networks include the Education Network, Trojan Entertainment Network, Entrepreneur Network, and the Real Estate Network.
USC Alumni Exclusive – Employer Recruitment Events
We partner with employers to host USC alumni-exclusive sourcing and hiring recruitment events. Employers interested in hosting an exclusive USC alumni recruitment event may contact Lori Shreve Blake.

The USC Career Center partners with employers and the Alumni Association to provide in-person events, webinars, interactive live stream events, online job fairs, and networking events that serve the unique career needs of our diverse alumni worldwide. Events are posted on our calendar.
Educational Career Events
Educational career events inform alumni on the latest career topics, including the current and future trends in the job market, effective resumes and LinkedIn profiles, interviewing skills, successful networking, and lifelong career management. These events feature USC faculty, corporate executives, and noted employment trends authors. Many of these events are live-streamed for alumni to access worldwide.
